Welcome to my little home on the web...
This web site serves as my journal, my travel log, and a sort of electronic refrigerator to hang my photos on.
As you might have noticed by the picture off to the left, I'm into off-roading and sight seeing... Not the lunatic fringe rock crawling stuff, but the more sedate forest road and jeep trail sort of thing. And due to this addiction I have a brand new 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon - which you will undoubtedly hear more about as these pages progress.
I'm also a bit of a cold war infrastructure buff, and tend to go out into the wilderness looking for old bits of abandoned tech from the time period. One of the more common finds are AT&T's old microwave relay sites which, lucky for us, were put in some very remote - and beautiful - places. So not only will you find pictures of this old 'stuff' they left scattered about the landscape, but photos of the landscape as well.
