So, what’s the deal with Doctors and prescriptions?
I’ve been noticing a trend lately amongst my physician proscribed chemically augmented friends wherein they are told to take ‘drug X’ for the foreseeable future…
Now, roughly two weeks later, and after ordering the 30-60 day supply that was proscribed, the physician runs a blood test and changes the medication – leaving ¾ of some $300 bottle of medication completely useless and headed for the crapper.
Then the cycle repeats; new medication in some 30-60 day supply, new blood test, new medication, rinse and repeat.
So, logic states that one of two things is going on here: the kickbacks from the pharmaceutical companies are really spectacular, or the physicians my friends see aren’t.
